Mushroom Cultivation

This is a work in progress. In collaboration with Earthling Mushroom Farm, the plan is to fruit mushroom bags on the other side of the Sarnies rooftop, alongside the hydroponic farm.

Mushrooms are well suited to this kind of space — they don't need light the way plants do, and they can turn agricultural by-products into food. The idea is to bring another layer of production onto the same rooftop, supplied with ready-colonised bags from Earthling.

There are no mushrooms fruiting at the site yet — we're still in the setup phase. I'll document how it develops as it comes online.
