Hotel Rooftop Garden Design

The Marriott Marquis near Queen's Park in Bangkok has cultivated herbs, annual vegetables and chickens on one of their rooftops (1000m2) for a few years. In partnership with Bangkok Rooftop Farming SE a redesign was done in order to maximize the space by integrating more perennials,food producing trees and shrubs to create a roof that produces a high variety of goods for the kitchen in parternship with the Chef and management team of the hotel.
